Warm Bananas with Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 bananas
2 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoon of butter
A sprinkle of cinnamon
Ice Cream

Directions:
Place butter and sugar in frying pan, let melt.
Meanwhile, slice bananas in half vertically.
Then place bananas in pan with sugar butter mixture.
Heat until warm.
Serve with ice cream (sprinkle cinnamon on top) and make sure you pour the sweet mixture on your bananas and ice cream!

This is super simple, like, simple enough for me, but it taste sooooo good. And the first time we did it, we realized our butter was salted, but the salted butter is actually my preference because the extra flavor it gives is perfection.

Our Salsa Obsession (with Chips)

Believe me when I say we're addicted to this.

Ingredients:

2 Bell peppers (or literally any kind of peppers that you can find. But for the bulk of it, you probably want a fairly mild pepper. Or you can go all out with the spice. Up to you.)
2 Tomatoes
1 Onion
½ Cup of Vinegar
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Chop up all ingredients.
Mix in vinegar, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Other variations adding parsley, cilantro, cucumbers, or even jalapeƱos.

Our first salsa attempt we actually blended.. and also, we had too much onion and not enough tomato and it turned out like this:

Hello green oniony salsa!

But, ya know, we got it right the next time and it turned out like this:

Yummm.

And of course, you don't have to just have it on chips. You can put it on salad or eggs or just eat it straight...

We're so obsessed with this food that a common dinner for us is to eat chips and salsa and salad. We'll go through a head of lettuce and half a container of salsa and approximately half a bag of tortilla chips. It's glorious.
